| Old
movie theaters seem to make ideal office buildings, and that is exactly what
has become of the old Paramount Theatre on Belair Road. The theater operated
between the mid 1940's and the 1970's. The building is in excellent condition,
and is currently an office building. This theatre is a twin to the Colgate
Theatre on Dundalk Avenue. Just to the north of the old theatre is the Overlea
